Luc-François Salvador joined the Capgemini Group in January 1978. Today it is one of the world's foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, enables its clients to transform and perform through technologies.
 

In 2001, Luc-François Salvador played a leading role in rebirth of Sogeti, Capgemini’s local professional services entity, on January 1st, 2002. After having successfully led the merger between Sogeti and Transiciel, he was named Chairman in February 2007, an entity that today counts close to 20,000 employees.
 

Since 2009, he has been the Operations Committee’s sponsor for Defense activities in France, acting on behalf of the Capgemini Group.
 

Capgemini is widely regarded as a leader in information security, logistics, inventory and procurement system, ERP implementation, mobile solutions, application development and management and IT transformation. Present in 40 countries, it reported 2010 global revenues of EUR 8.7 billion and employs over 112,000 people worldwide.
 

Luc-François Salvador is a graduate of the University College of the Witswatersrand (South Africa). He graduated from the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale in 1997 (49th class).
 

He was named Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur in 2010, one of the highest distinctions awarded by the French Republic.
